Predict what AI would save, gain, displace, and what you'd forgo.
Time three or more ways of doing it (human-led, assisted, hybrid, agentic).
Log the visible savings and the hidden costs.
Check your bandwidth, review any agentic delegation, and weigh stakeholders.
Write a discernment memo. Live meters show your read as you go.
